The Waterfront Estate

The Waterfront Estate at Homebush Bay is a large scale residential, commercial and leisure project, which forms an integral part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Homebush Bay waterfront.

Network Electrical’s involvement in Stages 1-5, consisted of the installation of 5 high voltage sub-stations, 8 kilometres of street lighting, underground infrastructure for high voltage cabling, medium voltage cabling, communication cabling and gas services to supply 12 apartment buildings containing 3100 units, community centre, shops and restaurant.
